Why he rose: Daniel Skillings has tremendous size for a two-guard and is armed with one of more dangerous jumpers in the class. The Cincinnati signee has been producing very well against tough competition in the Philadelphia area. Relatively new to the game, Skillings is an intriguing prospect and a safe upside play as he's headed to a program where he will get a chance to develop on the floor.
