Replying to a thread from January 2022 about his injury with an update regarding his November 2022 injury:

Via Justin Williams -- Bearcats forward John Newman III had knee surgery to repair a meniscus injury. He will be out for a couple months, but no exact timetable on return. The hope is he will be able to come back at some point this season.
