Via Dan Hoard: Today was the players’ mandatory day off, so Coach Miller went to see Jizzle James in Orlando. He might not have another opportunity this year. He’ll be on a flight back to Cincinnati during the show so I interviewed him about last night’s game over the phone. Will play at 8:15

I would have gotten out of town for two reasons. The rank play against NKU and because of that, make sure you ensure the replacements.

When I think of Montgomery Inn, I think of slabs of ribs not pulled pork. Just the opposite in NC/SC. Love em both but the pulled is usually served with 4 bowls of various sauces and you choose.

Also served in Tennessee. Of course you must have the nanner pudding to finish the meal.

There are many different sauces in the Carolinas. You guys would find something to your liking. Its pork though not beef.

Being in Texas they usually do Mesquite or Hickory BBQ sauce on beef brisket. I'll whip out some Montgomery Inn from time to time down here if I'm not in the mood for something spicy.

If you've never had Carolina BBQ, throw Chick-FIl-A sauce on pulled pork and you're close.
