What happened to any UC game comments? Was I dreaming that the Cats beat DePaul? Is this the Twilight Zone? Uh, the rapture occurred?

Here is the summary of Boise and Bulter - What Boise State’s Javan Buchanan said after College Basketball Crown quarterfinal victory over Butler

Half: Boise State 48, Butler 38. The two teams have combined for 14/31 treys. BSU's top player, PF Tyson Degenhart has 10, putting him over 2,000 points in his career.

I could be wrong, but it seems feasible that the Bulldogs and Broncos signed a pact to stop defending anything. Final: BSU 100, Butler 93.

I believe that UCF had the better team a month ago. Who knows what either team has right now. I hope that Oregon State wins so that UC can play a different team from a conference other than a Big 12.

Bearcats are 9.5-point favorites. Winner of our game will play the winner of Oregon St/UCF on Thurs, 4/3, at 7 pm EST. Their game will tip-off shortly after our game concludes today.

You cannot force players to stay and play once the Portal opens. I personally believe there should be two big portal windows, one in mid to late May and one in December, at the end of the two big terms. Maybe there are a few one off portal openings for sports like baseball that run into June, but basketball can easily wait until end of term.

Utah had a fan that was doing that, and he got a lot of airtime during the game. Later, they show X messages where Boise State was trying to recruit him to shrill for them. I guess they were successful (I missed BSU v GWU, so I can't confirm they are one in the same),

BSU blew out GW, 89-59. Not surprising.

Half: UT 46, Butler 42. Lots of mindless heat checking going on. That's working, because neither team is guarding anyone.

The Utes coughed up a 12-point lead and lost on a layup at :03.2. A Bulldog drove down the lane, beating Gabe Madsen from the free throw line. Final: Butler, 86-84.

The Crown is a new conference and each of the big conferences were contractually bound to send the top two teams by NET ranking who didn't make the NCAA. We were not offered an NIT bid because we were already set for the Crown before the NIT determined their bids.
