Harrison started four games for the Vols this season at Star before missing a game for injury. That opened the door for Boo Carter to step in, thereby "Wally Pipping" Harrison, who played as a backup after that. The Cats' staff beat out IN, MD, MS, and TX A&M. Per the Vols' 247sports.com site, Harrison has two years of eligibility remaining, which seems to be incorrect. He played his frosh season in 2022, largely on special teams, then red-shirted in 2023, before playing a full season in 2024.
