Jayshon just showed up in the transfer portal . Didn’t see that coming. Not sure what the reasoning is but just because he’s in there doesn’t mean he can’t return if everyone’s on board.

Evidently he was going to opt out last year but changed his mind. My guess is he wants to be the featured receiver somewhere.

Jayshon’s role was a little diminished this season compared to the previous year. I think that was due mostly to transfers and the TEs carrying some of the load. He’s been a quality player for us so you hate see an upper classman leave but I think we’ll be ok without him.

Tre Tucker can fill the same role in my opinion. We’ve got guys behind him on the depth chart that can step up as well.
