At 12-10, WBB has its highest win total in three years (11 last year, 8 the year before). They had lost three in a row to UCF but 2-0 this season.

UC is 4-7 in league play, while the other newcomers are 3-8 (Houston, BYU) and 2-9 (UCF).

They will obviously lose two of the top programs in #7 Texas, #24 Oklahoma next year. Looks like Colorado is #4 and Utah is #20, while Arizona and Arizona State are not as hot (ASU is 2-8 in Pac-12).

The University of Cincinnati women's basketball team held on to defeat UCF, 67-61, on Wednesday night in Orlando, Fla.
This is the first time this season that they've won a game when trailing at the half according to the broadcasters. Hopefully that will get them over the hump a bit. They played well down the stretch against UCF. Good road win.

At 3-7, UC WBB is currently 10th out of 14 teams in the Big 12.

The last two seasons they finished 11th out of 11 teams in the AAC.

The Big 12 had 6 teams in the NCAA Tournament last year, while the AAC had 2.

I caught the second half of this. Bearcats blew the door off them in the 4th Qtr. Very promising finish to the game. Jillian Hayes with a double double.
