In case you missed this this week. The Seattle Sea Dragons with former Bearcats Elijah Ponder and Linden Stephens are unfortunately off to an 0-2 start in league play. the XFL doesn't seem to have stats on their website so I can't tell you how that went for our alumni.

The highlight of the game was probably the DC Defenders fans revolting after security destroyed their beer cup snake. Players had to be removed from the field because the very intoxicated crowd started throwing the lemons from their drinks onto the field.

It's baaaaack. The 8 team league will have draft day on Feb. 22. All playoff games will be held in Canton.

Why are they having their draft prior to the NFL?

Looks they’re playing in this spring. The first game is April 16th

Darius Harper has been drafted by the Birmingham Stallions.

Devin Gray has been drafted by the Philadelphia Stars

Both of them have NFL experience. I don’t think outgoing college players were part of this draft. These are mostly players who didn’t stick in the NFL and we’re part of a preselected draft pool.

Former Bearcats wide receivers Devin Gray and Kahlil Lewis are on the Philadelphia roster, while former Cincinnati offensive lineman Darius Harper will take the field for the Stallions.

The Arlington(TX) Renegades have drafted LB Nick Temple.

The San Antonio Brahmas have drafted LB Joel Dublanko

The Two Leagues have merged effective today into an 8 team UFL.
