I know most states have rules to limit/ban NIL in high school, but is it possibke to sign a kid to an NIL contract to him him play AAU ir pay for one of the elite prep schools? If this kid "blows up" and becones 4 or even 5 stars by getting better, then college recruiting could make a big difference for an athletic kid to get better coaches and teammates.
