Allen is reporting an offer on his Twitter account as of last night. He's at Grayson HS in Loganville GA. Looks like he;s currently touring the Overtime Elite facility. Again, playing for Overtime Elite does not make him ineligible for college as long as his grades are in order.

He currently has other offers from VT, UGA and AZ St.
