Allen is reporting an offer on his Twitter account as of last night. He's at Grayson HS in Loganville GA. Looks like he's currently touring the Overtime Elite facility. Again, playing for Overtime Elite does not make him ineligible for college as long as his grades are in order.

He currently has other offers from VT, UGA and AZ St.

Allen will announce his commitment on CBS Sports this Thursday afternoon at 3:30 pm, per Travis Branham. He will pick between Cal, UC, Georgia Tech and Ole Miss.

Have no intel here, but UC has previously landed some commitments on these 247/CBS announcements. Also BCJ's Keegan Nickoson tweeting the announcement and Chad Brendel retweeting him would suggest they're at least legitimately in the running.

Allen is rated as high as #48 (247) in the senior class
