Foster is at Lima Senior HS in Lima OH and plays for All-Ohio Red AAU. Services has him listed as a combo guard but he's a point first and has a high basketball IQ. Someone has to be the first offer in the class and although this is really early, Andre Morgan must have really seen something he liked here.

Off topic: There was a stud from Lima, OH in the mid 1990's that played for Marquette and against UC. When they were playing in the NCAA Tournament, the idiot announcer (a major name at the time), said "this kid from Leema, OH is great". Who was that kid and who was the idiot announcer. I lost all respect for that guy and now I cannot even remember his name. Maybe one of the older guys here can answer the question of who the kid was and who the announcer was.

I'm pretty sure it was Aaron Hutchins - he went to my high school alma mater - Lima Central Catholic.
