Quinones is playing for the IMG National Academy program in FL. He plays FIBA U16 for Puerto Rico and has his very own Youtube channel. High Major recruit with an offer from Kansas, Ole MIss and Baylor to name a few.

As Far as I know he's not related to Lester from Memphis but I could be wrong about that.

My first thought was Lester as well. He played at IMG but is Dominican (at least per Wikipedia)
