Why? On what do you base your bad feelings? Today is the third day the portal is open. As I wrote, it is much too early to make any conclusions about recruiting. The on campus visits begin tomorrow. Let CJC talk to players in person to share his vision for the program.

We (meaning all fans of all schools) are a long way from a large number of announced commitments. No need to hyperventilate. Reportedly, two players who averaged around 17 ppg last season will be on campus starting tomorrow. Chad Brendel knows the names but will not reveal anything until the staff gives him the okay. It's quite likely that neither will commit while they're here. Even if they don't, there won't be any need to panic. While the portal is open for 14 days, none of the players are required to make their choices right away. Last year, Baba Miller and Jordi Rodriguez committed well after the portal closed.

Take a deep breath and wait for this to unfold.

Dude just got here. We are 2 days into the portal and some are already saying what he should be doing and panicking about guys making commitments elsewhere. My goodness. Can we give the guy time to settle in and build his team his way? I'm much happier where they are today with nobody than staring down another lost season with the wrong coach.
