2.4 BPM at Tulsa. Very high usage (29%) creator who attacks the basket. 31% assist rate and 61% free throw rate. Those numbers are almost identical to 2020 Jarron Cumberland. 5.5 rim attempts per game. Doesn't shoot much from distance but made 39%. This is the type of point guard I've been hoping for. Downsides are he isn't a good finisher, converting just 50% at the rim and 45% inside the arc (also identical to Cumberland), and he is turnover prone. May not be a good defender with a DBPM around zero. He was not one of the top 5 BPM players on Tulsa (a very good team this year that went to the NIT final and finished #60 on Torvik).

I know it's portal season right now, but do we have any idea on potential high school recruits that this coaching staff is currently targeting? Perhaps still too early?

Just the exact opposite, I am not panicking at all. All I'm saying is we need a legit PG.
Out of all of the teams needs, I think a legit PG is the main one. Build a team around a solid PG! Where in my post does it say I'm anxious or panicking?
