Being in Texas they usually do Mesquite or Hickory BBQ sauce on beef brisket. I'll whip out some Montgomery Inn from time to time down here if I'm not in the mood for something spicy.
If you've never had Carolina BBQ, throw Chick-FIl-A sauce on pulled pork and you're close.
When I think of Montgomery Inn, I think of slabs of ribs not pulled pork. Just the opposite in NC/SC. Love em both but the pulled is usually served with 4 bowls of various sauces and you choose.
