That's a really carefully worded statment. It mentions former student-athlete and doesn't name him but only addresses current staff and coaches.
Now that he is back at his private college, anything that he does will just be swept under the rug. Also, with the free for all of college sports now, there is nothing that he cannot get away with.
Twelve games tonight, headlined by Kansas State playing at 10:00 p.m. ET on TNT versus #21 USC in Las Vegas. K State is without a couple key players, one due to injury and one due to a suspension/legal issues.
Other notable games this week:
- Tuesday: #20 Baylor faces Auburn in South Dakota at 9:00 p.m. ET on ESPN.
- Friday: UCF at #11 Miami at 7:00 p.m. ET on ESPN+
- Friday: BYU hosts #17 San Diego State at 9:00 p.m. ET on ESPN+
I really didn't see many significant upsets on the national scoreboard except for the ACU game in the BIg XII and one Big 10 game where MSU lost a buy game to James Madison last night. Louisville almost lost one to UMBC.
