    Day Day Thomas just posted to social media to confirm he, too, is back.

    Feels like everyone returning will at one point announce as well — as he has posted the same official “I’M BACK” graphic as Reed, Lukosius did.

    @MeyerNeil6:

    Dan Skillings just told the ESPN+ broadcast during the UC/TCU game that this upcoming season will be his last in college before going pro.

    Skillings with a lot of praise for Coach Wes Miller for the development and trust they have built over the last few years.

    Skillings was Wes Miller’s first recruit to Cincinnati and you can clearly sense how much trust they have in each other.

    For those nervous about this, he's kicking the tires to find out what to work on after the NBA evaluation process. I have a hard time believing he'd be a first rounder if he stayed in. He'll make more money on NIL than he would in the 2nd round without a guaranteed contract.

    Updated roster for 24-25. While no one is required to announce their intention to return if they are not leaving, the three bold names are the ones who have said as much (with the obvious qualifier, if you have seen the above, that Aziz is putting his name in the draft but the plan is that he returns).

    I haven't been the highest on Josh, but I think there is potential for him to take a jump. And I admire him wanting to return, knowing that there is a high likelihood his minutes remain fairly limited. Challenge accepted. ... Also I think that speaks to good culture at UC right now. Aside from the major "bag chasers," most of the people hitting the portal are guys who aren't playing a ton and think the grass is greener somewhere else. Having Josh back seems like a big plus, even if he still a back of the rotation guy.

    Looking at this 24/25 roster, I am expecting minimum three players play in the NBA from this roster in 2025, Jizzle, Skillings, and Aziz. Possibly Simas.

    Will have a number of 6'7 and 6'8 guys - so they could be long even if not deep inside. But will want to add 1-2 interior guys.
    Tyler McKinley at 6’9 will have to learn fast, and I expect him to.

    Interesting proposition you raise. Along that line, can a walk-on receive NIL money? What’s to keep a school from having several walk-on players collecting NIL money to pay tuition costs and housing, etc. Seems to hold the possibility of having an unlimited number of players.
