He was yanked for having no legs

CWM also said SL & CJ Anthony will have time when JJ is not there. I just ask where will DayDay's defense come from

Bradley is a balanced team, ranking #55 overall on Torvik with the #63 offense and #49 defense. Offensively, their style is similar to San Francisco. They are a very efficient shooting team, converting 55% effective field goals including 38% from three, both top 20 percentages. But they don't get to the free throw line much and their shots are blocked at the second lowest rate in the nation (San Francisco is the lowest). Kind of wild to play the two teams with the lowest block rates in back to back games. And just like the Dons, Bradley's best player is a big who doesn't shoot from outside but everyone else hits threes at 33% of better. That big is 6'9" senior Darius Hannah, who is a great all around player with few holes in his game. He can score, pass, rebound, block shots, and defend. A major challenge is that the supporting cast can score at all three levels - all five starters convert at least 47% from midrange. We have to contest pull up jumpers, and be aware that any double team is going to leave a good shooter open.

Defensively, Bradley is similar to a Cronin team. They focus on defending the paint, holding opponents to 46% inside the arc with a top 50 block rate. They give up a lot of threes and free throws, and are just an average rebounding team. Their guards are poor defenders with defensive box plus minus under 1 and low steal rates. Jizzle will be going against a 5'8" PG, so hopefully he can use his strength to create some space and get to the rim. Bradley plays two good shot blockers, so we should be looking for dump off passes or kick out to three point shooters when help comes. The key to beating a defense like this is to get the ball inside and force the help to come.

As leeraymond mentioned, they have three non-conference wins over tournament teams, and they also took Indiana St to overtime on the road and held late leads against tournament teams Duquesne and Drake on neutral floors. But they also have a pair of sub-200 losses to Cleveland St and Evansville, who each turned Bradley over on 24% of possessions. I think they keys are to pressure the ball with no help on defense, and get the ball inside and then look for extra passes on offense.

OK folks - this is the opportunity for JJ to step up, not be EJ jr and make the Cats his team. This is what all want and a great opportunity for the young man. While I see a different skill set, I want him to succeed very much and a situation like this may be the chance he needs. I also have liked most of our Bigs. They may not have a lot of scoring, but they are setting the screens for SL and doing other team things. I do enjoy that aspect of their game as well as Aziz's hustle on defense. Go Cats - enjoy this ride.
