Two of our top 3 BPM guys against top 100 competition are now gone. All of our experienced wing size is gone (only Abaev and Betsey for now). We're replacing 6'6 to 6'7 wings with 6'3 to 6'4 guards.

So far Portal Gains vs. Losses, I'd say we're in the Negative!

Skillings / Griffith vs. Harris / Kriisa, It's definetly a negative as far as points lost.

A team that desperately needs scoring! Maybe a gain on the defensive side.

Right - he had a 0-11 streak of 3's through 4 games where we went 1-3 in them, and his two late three's against WVU turned his percentage into something respectable for conference play. 1-8 from three in the conference tourney. Sure he hit a couple, but 28% for 3 years is a big enough sample size, he wasn't a good shooter.

Skillings wasn't a good shooter, but the other guards were even worse. Day Day shot under 44% from two the last couple years on over 200 attempts. That's just as bad as 28% from three. Jizzle is also a 28% career three point shooter, and he's under 48% from two. Skillings is just over 50% from two over the last couple years. Again, not great, but enough to push his effective field goal percentage above the other guards. Add in his offensive rebounding and he was a much more efficient offensive player with the same usage rate as Day Day.
