Baba Miller is the only transfer we brought in with a decent analytics profile, and that becomes more apparent every game. Thiam, Kriisa, Harris, and Celestine all had subpar BPMs.

No bball knowledge, no awareness, and no concepts. Just send five players out there and try to score every chance you can. That's Millers game plan.

Traveling to Atlanta to meet friends, guess I should be glad I didn't stay home to watch the game.

Well guys yet another Miller come from ahead double digit loss. But be not dismayed he says we're gonna be a good team.

Coaching has turned a McDAA into a dud. I’d leave immediately if I were Abaev before his stock falls even further than it has.

With this level of guard play, the Big 12 Season is going to be long and painful for Bearcat fans.
After 10 games, there just is no sign of any improvement.
Abaev has no intensity at all. I've never seen a McD All American that seems so indifferent

Just a clinic in how a talented well-coached team can not even play well and crush a somewhat talented poorly-coached team. The same themes continue:

                  - Can't run a functional offense
                  - Can't make free throws
                  - Commit ridiculous turnovers and miss point blank shots at the rim
                  - Stupid fouls and lack of discipline forces your 2 best players to the bench

Each year 68 teams make the tourney. This team will miss the tourney for the 5th year in a row under Miller and will have lost 4 of his 5 Crosstown Shootouts. Absolutely pathetic!

Listening to the postgame - I sorta feel sorry for CWM --- of course regardless of how bad the play, he is the leader. He doesn't know what to do next.

Don't be surprised if the whole team doesn't leave at the end of the year! I see the same fallout as last year.

I think I am going to take a break from Bearcat athletics and the University. First the teams are unwatchable, and second the university did not process my daughter's FASFA correctly, and I am on the hook for $2500.

he has no guards to run an offense with.

We scored 0.85 points per possession. Under a point per possession yet again, and not even close this time.

Celestine was our best player with 6.3 net points, making 3 of 7 from deep and adding a couple steals. He was also the only player with 8+ minutes to not turn the ball over. Day Day was the only other player with positive net points, making up for a bad shooting day with 4 assists, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals.

Kriisa was our worst player with negative 5.8 net points. 2 for 8 from the field, 3 turnovers, and a team worst DBPM. Abaev was just behind with negative 5.3 net points. 2 for 11 from the field, 4 turnovers, and the second worst DBPM. Everyone else was bad but with some redeeming qualities. Baba was getting to the rim but went just 1 for 5 at the stripe, and committed 2 turnovers and 4 fouls.

Day Day and Baba were the only proven players coming into this year, and they are the only ones who have put up consistent production this season. Poor roster construction + poor offensive schemes = bad team.

Barring guys who are in the elite lottery pick range, most freshmen haven't made a major impact in the Big 12, even those in the same range (20ish) in recruiting rankings as Abaev. Way more expectation was put on Abaev by fans and Miller it seems than was justified by his ranking. He shouldn't be starting, but more importantly building a team that relies on him starting is a roster building error by Wes.

I would stick with Abaev. At least he can learn to defend and take care of the ball. Harris and Kriisa are at their ceilings. They have been playing like this for years.
