A third is reasonable. A quarter would be my goal. If we can put $14 mil together I'd be happy to give Thiam 3.5.

well some old donors I recognized in attendance smooching with former UC players. Perhaps an increased NIL is reasonable.

Nice he said there is more to it than just accumulating talent. If there was one thing Wes was good at it was bringing guys in. JC also said he’d like to keep the current guys who fit his system, obviously Tillery is one of those guys.

Tillery, and Jaylen Haynes, were there today. Thiam is hitting the portal going to the highest bidder. Jizzle is headed to Charlotte. Prolly 15 ex-players there. Thiam was not there.

Keith Gregor was and I saw him talking to some deep pockets.

Tillery got to the rim more than Jizzle in roughly half the minutes played. And he doubled Jizzle's assist rate. He definitely fits a modern offense better than Jizzle.

Slime is a good passer for a big (higher assist rate than Jizzle) and a good interior scorer and rebounder.

Both need to cut down their turnovers and Tillery needs to become a better defender, but I think they will both be much better in Calhoun's system.

Thiam's game is built around midrange hooks and jumpers, which he converts at under 50%. I don't think Calhoun wants that.

I am pumped up! It feels like something finally fell our way. I loved seeing Tillery and Haynes in attendance. I think those guys can see that Calhoun who is a guy that has a plan and will not settle for anything less than total commitment.

I'm impressed that he wants to institute a mentorship with former players one for each player by position. We've all talked over the past few years of calling former players in order to teach the bearcat way of playing hard. Now it's going to happen. And I watched the podcast w/ CJC sitting down with TN and CB and they brought out that Utah states team broke their own record of steals last season. I must say I like the sound of that.

I loved the way he respectfully said they were going to dominate X.

that was on the legends unplugged pod.

That resonated with me as well. I encourage all Bearcat fans to watch this podcast. It is an insider's view of what CJC is bringing to the table. The future is bright!

The biggest takeaway for me: the reactions both Terry and Corie had to what he was saying. They were genuinely excited and seemed to love that he "got it"
