    O/T Uconn

Is anyone watching the scores tonight? Uconn is definitely not representing the AAC very well by getting beat by Towson...

A lot of the UConn writers on twitter were hypothesizing that Pasqualoni will be gone after this year and Turner Gill will be the next HC next year . This was when the game was 7-7.

Uconn lost last night, badly, to FCS Towson #UConnBeingUConn, http://scores.espn.go.com/ncf/recap?gameId=332410041

as did Rutgers at Fresno in overtime. #B1GDoormat http://scores.espn.go.com/ncf/recap?gameId=332410278

and the AAC is 0-2 to start.

Losing to Towson, by any score, is a disaster. Not so much losing at Fresno. As we learned a few years ago, that's a chore to win under those conditions in the desert heat on opening night.

Unless Paqualoni rights the ship soon. I don't see how he survives. The UConn boosters were upset when he was hired.

UConn did not help themselves as the "next team in" for realignment. Rutgers does not belong in the Big10. They will be a bottom dweller in all sports. Let them choke on their cash of money and let the BIG choke on them.

i think fresno was favored in that game anyway. it was in cali. that was a shootout. i tend to agree if there was a team to lose in this conference like that uconn is probably best in the on going beauty contest. you can only control the game you play so let's take care of purdue.

                      What we learned Thursday night:
                      • UConn isn't very good
                      • Rutgers is capable of putting points on the board
                      • UCF should probably not be taken lightly

Well, haven't we learned here that wins and losses do not count in this conference realignment gig. It's not like English Premier League soccer, where if you suck you get delegated.

Purdue continues to suck, and they remain in the Big 10 forever.

UC wins the Big East 3 out of 4 years and gets left out while also rans Pitt, Syracuse, Rutgers, West Virginia and Louisville move on.

It's about something else, and no one can define it exactly, but it's not wins and losses

*ok, UL tied us last year. WV was very good in BE. But Syracuse, Rutgers and Pitt all sucked.

USF getting it handed to them. Looks like it is going to be a three house race between UC UofL and UCF. Obviously it is early.
In loving memory, I will be a fan for both of us.
