Here's the official lowdown (lol) from the AAC:

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Boise State University and the American Athletic Conference announced today that they have agreed through mediation to resolve the litigation between them. All claims between the parties will be dismissed.

Great announcement - doesn't say anything. Does this mean there was a settlement in exchange for further claims being dropped or that we just dropped the whole thing?
