    A new era...

I have mixed emotions about switching away from the old e-mail list, but this is probably the best solution to the recent issues. Thanks a lot, Keith, Mike and Brett!

You just saw one of the reasons why we think the web based system is going to work better. We, your friendly neighborhood admins, can easily move threads from one forum to another.

I too have mixed emotions, but I think its time may have come. It will be interesting to see how it evolves.

This thread is still showing up in the basketball forum.

That is one of the options we have when we move a thread. We can leave behind a permanent link to the new location. When we move a thread, we can also remove any trace of it from the original forum.

Agree. Unfortunately, "recent issues" are what pushed up this idea. It was in the back of our minds for a few years.

Recent issues including mailboxes becoming full from "disscussions"

I do like the setup with the "where are they now" and general forums.

                FYI - PMs are working

I like the format but will miss the personal feeling the forum list had. THANKS for all your efforts!
