When I added my avatar and clicked "save submission" or whatever the button was, it said "error uploading graphics file" or something similar.

But it did upload and is fine.

Interesting. We'll keep an eye on this. I did not get this error myself when I uploaded my avatar.

We are trying to avoid the "noise" of too many images. That is why images are not permitted in signatures. And that is why animated images are not permitted. We will also be looking at posts with excessive bbCode. So, please try to be conservative when using bbCode or smiley's to highlight your posts.
