Do we know if Combs had any influence on this since he is the Michigan recruiter?

Not sure. No one has the lead recruiter listed for him and I can't find who he shouted out after his offer. The offer came well before Coombs was on board. I would expect that Gino was the lead on this one.

INtersting part is he had offer from IU, USC, Pitt and Michigan. Michigan is interesting because his brother is a freshman there and his lead recruiter for the Wolverines was our old friend Steve Clinkscale.
