I would guess 2025 since anyone who was a freshman in 2020 would have gotten chance to use it.

From the NCAA - "All student-athletes whose 2020-2021 season was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic will now get 6 years to compete in 4 full seasons of their sport in college."

Thanks. I am not sure if I totally agree with it because some teams played but I get it. I wonder if we should give school kids an extra year to learn what they missed out on. My daughter is a schoolteacher in the Nashville area and she said that there were several kids who never attended on-line classes but opted out to get jobs. They were not held back. I just want to get to the point where we move on and it sounds like 2025 is the year.
