Waters is a preferred walk on at the TE spot and also played some DE for the Warriors. The fact that he committed here is significant as he is one of the very few players from Winton Woods to commit to UC in a while. We've had other others that decommitted but none of them actually have been on the roster in the fall. Hopefully things are changing over there and Waters can be a contributor and bring some of his teammates over.
