Not that I read. How long is the signing period? I seem to recall another portal window opening after spring practices.

For players whose teams were in the playoffs, they had until five days after their last game to enter the portal. There is no date under which they must commit elsewhere, aside from the receiving school's entrance requirements.

The spring portal for football will run from 4/16/25 through 4/25/25. Again, transferees do not need to commit during the window.

We got two commitments but no signees this week. That was what was expected as all of our guys signed in the Dec. period

i don't think that he had any other offers. he knows he's not going to beat out the $12M "man". I guess just being able to say that he signed with UM is enough. in two or three years, he'll be in the MAC, if he actually wants to play. if he's satisfied with holding a clipboard at a big school, and being part of the BMOC stuff, he'll stay. his dad cut a lot of ties to OSU - I don't think anyone in columbus cares about this.

i don't have any mumbo jumbo stats on this, but it does seem crazy that, with the early signing period, this traditional signing day means nothing. at all.
