Everyone seems to think the Steelers love Pead.

Everyone seemed to thing the Patriots loved Wolfe until they picked Jones from Syracuse. Hopefully we'll find out today where they both end up.

i really expected one of the Two to go in the 1st Round. Pead was an explosive back, numbers where great, rushing over 1200 yards and 12 touchdowns, with Callaros' style, those are excellent numbers. Derek Wolfe was the second best at his position this past season. But then again RB's and DT's aren't a major commodity in the 1st, especially if your not from the power schools/Power Conferences

              Recruiting fodder for Butch?

A Bearcat got drafted before any Buckeye or Wolverine names were called!

Congratulations Derek Wolfe. Job well done!

Make that two Bearcats before any Buckeyes/Wolverines!

Congratulations to Isaiah Pead - now a St Louis Ram

Outstanding 2 great Bearcats in the First 2 rounds, you know Coach will have that video on the JumboTron in Nippert when the Recruits come in.

This is a big deal to me and it merits recognition to the program that is UC. I'm proud to say I'm an alum for many reasons; the fact that the sports program is continuing to climb the ladder makes it even sweeter. I'm a diehard Bearcat for life, and I'm happy to see the beggining of a real solid bball and fball program

i think anyone who is close to the program knows how hard these two worked so hats off to them. i'm still in shock though over john hughes to cleveland that early. i doubt anyone had that happening. nice job!

John Hughes to the Brownies in round 3 @ #87 overall. Great day for the program. I hope to see Adrien, Zach and JK taken sometime tomorrow. Great for recruiting!
