    Temple 10/20 12:00 ESPNU

Temple will be the best team we've played so far. They opened with 2 losses with Frank Nutile under center and then ran off 3 of 4 W's after changing QBs to Anthony Russo, They've run Maryland, Tulsa and ECU off the field since the change. The Maryland game was Russo's first and the game was not close. Both QBs are Interception prone but that gets offset by RB Ryquell Armstead who has 500 yards on the year after today's game. We will be coming off an open date while Temple has to play at Navy on 10/13.

I think all Bearcats welcome the challenge after going 6-0 wth less than stellar compettion ... it will be good to get a measure of our team against a stronger opponent.

Temple's offense looked pretty decent against Navy. I watched the first half of this game. Temple squandered a few opportunities and the score should have been bigger. They had receivers open all game and Russo threw for 300 yards. 24-17 Temple and they did it without Ryquell Armstead.

Temple is 3.5 pt favorite. Fickell just said they're the toughest team we've played so far.

The Cats are a 3.5 dog in this game. We have lost three straight to Temple and the seniors are hungry. There is a preview in the online edition of the Cincinnati Enquirer.

The Cats look terrible to start. What a terrible call on the Temple touchdown. Pulease.

What? Time for another play or two in the 4th, 2 TO remain and we let the clock run down.

We looked like one of the youngest teams in the country today. Sad day.

Snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Left our defense on the field the whole game. As one of the tv announcers said at the end “Temple had no business winning this game”. Feel bad for the seniors 4 straight years of misery against Temple.

Complete and total choke job by the ‘Cats. They had the game. All they had to do was have a little better clock management and keep playing press coverage of Temple’s WR.

Looked like a TT team out there today. The three missed field goals and the crazy personal foul at the end. UC should’ve won that game.

Plenty of blame to throw around on that one especially in OT. To play that well on defense until they ran a 2 minute offense is crazy.

The Cincinnati Officiating Conspiracy twitter people are out in force today after the game.

I do think that the overturned review from the Temple's TD in the 1st quarter effectively cost us the game. He did get a foot in bounds but he didn't have posession of that ball until after his entire body landed IMO. Not sure what the replay booth was looking at on that to overturn the call on the field. The rest of the issues aren't a factor if they get that call right.

Seems like we've had a lot of personal fouls this season.

WR corps was nowhere to be found today.

We lost to a decent team on the road that we should have beat today. Reversal for 1st td was total bs. Then the ref after he starts that play, stops the play when
We make the field goal. Defense was excellent. Offense mediocre against a good defensive team. Let’s not turn on this team after an ot loss on the road.
We have over achieved from last year & plenty of wins still to come. Why can;t we get a consistent fg kicker??????
