On James Laurinitis' Radio show in CBus, it was revealed today that Freeman was offered the LB job at OSU and turned it down to stay a coordinator at UC. The money was actually in OSU's favor from what I understand but going back to LB coach is obviously a demotion for him.
I was worried if something opened at OSU that he would head back up there and he still might down the road but looks like he's staying put here for this season.
