This decision sounds like sound reasoning on his part.

Yep, definitely if that is the case. I didn't get a chance to read anything on it. Odd timing as he would have at least had a chance to audition for a better draft position. He hasn't had that much experience so it seemed odd he would do it to avoid getting hurt while playing.

Really hurts their depth though. If they are like UC, they rotate guys in and out. That defense just got really shallow in the depth pool.

SMU should handle Texas St pretty easily.

Memphis is heavily favored against Ark. St but I have a feeling that one might be closer than Vegas thinks.

Navy and BYU on Monday night. That game is in Annapolis so no advantage for BYU due to elevation.
