#67 passer. Honestly, there are 30 guys ahead of him on this list that I wouldn't want in place of Ridder and another 30 that are essentially same passer/runner, but I'd still take Des for his leadership and winning attitude. Let's face it, we'd all take those first 5-6 guys on this list, but Des is a winner. He may not be the best passer and there are too many examples, but he makes the plays we need and I wouldn't trade him for most all of those above him on this list.Red and Black are more of an Attitude than merely a color combination.
