Speaking of Dillon Gabriel, he broke his collarbone the other night and is out for a while. I have no idea at this point if he'll be back for the UC game but apparently he does not need surgery.

tOSU is struggling at home against Tulsa. There's something you never type.

Un-be-lievable finish between UCF & UofL. Tied at 35, UCF tipped & picked off a pass with 0:25 left at the Cards' 41. On the next play, Dillon Gabriel threw a pass over the middle that went through the hands of the receiver that UofL returned for a pick 6. 42-35 with 0:13 left.

ECU with the opening play razzle dazzle for 6. Ahlers flips to Snead coming off the slot. Snead unloads for a 75 yard TD

Just remember that the last few years of the Big East and the "power 6", UC dominated that conference and non of the outlets ever reference to that. They just say that UC is this or that. Those teams that got an invite to the ACC or the Big 12 0ver 10 years ago, UC was beating them. Non of the outlets question the value of Pitt or WV or Syracuse, or Louisville or....... We beat them. Period! However, we are labelled a group of losers. In my opinion, they can go ..................

That's just the air of elitism projected onto "THE" B1G, SEC, etc by the ESPN staff who by the way are comprised of mostly athletes of those same conferences and cant think for themselves. The dis towards UC is standard fare and m.o. on ESPN. Just my $.002.

Somebody doing a poll projection waste-of-time piece had a headline saying "Wisconsin plays AAC opponent in latest USA Today bowl projections", implying that Wisconsin has sunk to a new low. I open the article and it's UC in the Fiesta Bowl. Maybe we'll get more respect if we're in the Big 12?

Say a prayer for Lou Spanos. He's the UConn interim HC. He ain't got a chance.

Edsall just announced his retirement at the end of the season per school release. This might be the end of football at UConn

The two that got away from the conference were Tulane and Houston. Those would have been really good wins.
