Bryant seems nervous. Can’t hit wide open receivers. Kicking woes carry over from last year. -

For anyone trying to listen on radio tomorrow, the broadcast will jump from from WLW to WEBN at 6:10 due to a Reds game. I’m not sure how that will affect streaming listeners but if I find out, I’ll post it.Leave a comment:

Refs do not have near the bearing on a game they once did with instant replay. Arkansas in the past has not been happy with SEC refs themselves. Mistakes will likely determine the outcome of this game, unless UC is not up to the task in the trenches aka Alabama.Leave a comment:

UC will play like they played against UCLA few years ago and come on top with 31-24.Leave a comment:

My suspicion is that UC signed the contract with Arkansas many years ago, before UC was a respected, national team. As a result, I bet the refs will be SEC refs, which is not good. Today, UC would never sign a contract with an OOC power team, w/o stipulating neutral refs.

A preview but what I found interesting is that CLF is just 6 wins from being the all-time winningest UC coach. Football Set for Season Debut at No. 19 Arkansas on Saturday - University of Cincinnati Athletics (gobearcats.com)Leave a comment:

Yes, their coach said all of the right things. UC is a really good team. They lost a lot but their coaching staff is great and will have them ready. blah, blah, blah. Did not provide any bulletin board material. Their coach does sound like a class act.Leave a comment:

Interesting quote from Coach Pittman: "Opening up against a top-25 program, I think Cincinnati is higher than that even, I think they would do well in the SEC, I know that. "Leave a comment:
