    SHOUT - 4th Qtr Celebration

    Off Track (a little) - Rudolph Isley passed away this week. He and his brothers were Cincinnati natives. It would be nice to honor him this weekend by playing SHOUT between the 3rd-4th quarters one more time. Not sure who to contact with this suggestion.
