Don’t try to milk the clock. Be aggressive and win the damn game.

End around???? Quit trying to fool people! Dammit, clocks stop on first downs. 1:03 is plenty of time for UCF.

Great defensive call on that last play. Whew!

First time in a long time that we sucked it up and protected our lead for the win. Sloppy play and questionable play calling throughout but somehow we got the win. Nice to see Sorsby power thru a less than stellar first half to get the win.

UCF has stacked the box all night to keep Kiner in check and CSS tries in again on third down trying to keep the ball. Boyers been open all night on that shallow crossover. They're lucky to come away with a win.

What about the UCF fumble on a punt and the refs call it down. The Cats should have won by 21 but at least they held on for the win.

Good to get a win. This season reminds me of the Butch Jones years here. Odd ball coaching decisions, poor clock management, and every game numerous small mistakes that end up as death by a thousand cuts. That was the Butch Jones Bearcats. On the bright side, the defense is looking better, and we have a chance yo be bowl eligible. Really looking forward to AZSU next week.

Waited all game to bring the house on defense and finally blitzed on the last play. At least it worked.

Is Kiner not allowed to run a sweep around end?

Our defense has taken a whole lot grief from us this season. Yesterday was not a pretty game by any measure, but our defense went on the road and held UCF to 13 points. I know UCF was experimenting with quarterbacks, but the defense clearly is getting better.

Thats what I'm saying. When the opposition knows your going to run it right right out then and has stuffed it all night I'm a big advocate of trying something different, something unexpected. Yes an end around or a quick pass out in the flat, but they went to Boyer twice in a crossover and was wide open both times. When your trying to run out the clock needing more than four yards to keep the chains moving you don't do the same play that has went nowhere all afternoon. What's the old mantra the definition of crazy is doing the same thing and expecting different results.
