Summer weight training program going on right now before fall camp.

Per his father's twitter, Evan Tengesdahl put up 26 bench reps at 225. That would have been good for 7th in the NFL combine this spring. He's a sophomore this season.

HIgher Ground is only one week this year and today is the last day. Why? I've heard several reasons but I think the main one is that we have a really nice new practice facility that just opened

The IPF certainly is the primary reason, but the original owners of Higher Ground retired at the same time. So, the 2 dovetailed. The staff still wanted isolated bonding & football immersion, & figured they could accomplish that in a week.

Didn't know about them retiring. I'm all for the isolation thing. I think that kind of things does help

My understanding is that the original owners retired and sold the facility to their children.

There was a posting by "Cincinnati Bearcats Football's Post" from Higher Ground. To Quote: "I think coming out of the summer, McDoom was probably our fastest player. The kid can really run... He comes in every day with a great attitude, and he's eager to prove that he belongs at this level." - Coach Satterfield.

I do not know the position this kid plays at but I love his name.

No. This is Scott Springer's best guess. Chad Brendel noted earlier today that the defense are still in pods (mix & match). He'll have a better idea after Saturday's scrimmage.
