Preseason Coaches Poll is out and we are not among the ranked teams at this point. Not sure what we'd have to do to vault into that category this year but I think we may actually have a shot at doing it.

Not truly a poll but ESPN SP+ ratings by Bill Connolly has us at #59 to start the season. He also has us with an SOS of 5. Going to be a challenge this season.

I am hoping for a surprise season, but if we want to get ranked and get some stories on local TV news, we need to return to the American Conference, and play ECU, Memphis, Temple, et al......
