Each school will receive something around $1.25M and Monster will cover all expenses, including the cost of adding their logo to the field.Originally posted by GoBearcats31 View PostRoss Dellenger:

Scott Satterfield, longshot Bearcats football team blocking out doubt ahead of 2026 season
Cincinnati plays the 17th-hardest schedule in the country by its 2026 opponents' 2025 final records (59.5% win rate in 2025) and the fourth-hardest in the Big 12. Even projecting just based on 2026 projected talent alone, it's a top-three most difficult schedule in the league.Last edited by bearcatbret; 07-08-2026, 04:02 PM.

I'm going to double post this in two threads. This isn't an exact quote but something that Satterfield mentioned today was that Texas Tech or some representative of Texas Tech or Sorsby tampered with Sorsby with 4 games left in the season last year. If that's true Texas Tech might owe the conference or NCAA some moneyBrent Wyrick

This is based upon the 2025 win/loss records of the teams that the Bearcats will play this season. The 59.5% is bolstered for 2026 by facing six of last season's top seven B12 teams (overall records): TTU 12-2, @ BYU 12-2, UT 11-2, @ UH 10-3, @ AZ 9-4, @ ISU 8-4. Those teams finished 62-19.Originally posted by Bearcat93 View PostUC plays the 17th toughest schedule in 2026? Not sure how that could be.
That more than compensated for three squads with losing records: @ WV 4-8, CO 3-9, BC, 2-10. WCU (7-5), Miami-OH (7-7), & K-State (6-6) round out the 2026 slate.
This is not to say that 2025 teams will perform roughly the same in 2026. ISU seem likely to slip a bit, after Matt Campbell moved on to PSU, leading to considerable roster churn. However, the remaining five teams at the top of the B12 figure to be as good or better than last year. Plus, the Cats will play only four home B12 games.
