Obviously you aren't a fan of tradition. They are sure better than some of the other blood donors we play.

After calming down, have to give the defense credit for a great second half. UC turned it over on downs and fumbled the ball away, both in our territory, in the second half. Also Miami had 1st and goal from the two yard line. In all three cases UC held Miami to FG attempts, and they missed two. First and goal from the two, and we held them to three points. Excellent job.

What was strange was Saterfield's MO has been score in the 1st half and sit on it in the 2nd with the defense. Thank goodness for the 2nd half explosion of defense and offense. Wow. It looked like Miami was finally warn down physically and mentally.

yesterday was my first time at TQL. interesting to finally see it. i thought uc was outcoached and out hustled from the start. Was the short kickoff to start the game a plan to pin miami deep? we usually put the kickoffs into the end zone. the kicker looked like he had a shot at the returner, and took a horrible angle and whiffed. the last possession of the first half had three dropped passes. i thought uc had just given up.

props to the 'cats for coming out of the half and looking like a different team. question is, who was responsible? our "awesome" head coach? hard to see that. the OL coach? as usual, he was all over the sideline, pumping guys up. it was almost two separate games.

From our homeboys: Cincinnati Overcomes 21-Point Deficit, Claims Battle for the Victory Bell with 35-31 Win - University of Cincinnati Athletics - Official Athletics Website

Cincinnati's 3-0 Start Still Has One Numbers Problem | Fanrecap.com

"Cincinnati’s case is the strangest one of the bunch. The Bearcats improved to 3-0 with a 35-31 comeback over Miami of Ohio, after trailing 28-7 at halftime. Even so, FPI pushed them down toward the lower end of the Big 12 middle pack. That leaves Cincinnati with a 74% chance of reaching six wins, which is a curious number considering they’re already halfway there."

John Cunningham needs to go, Scott Satterfield should be fired before the second half kickoff. The Satterfield years have been a disaster, and that was obvious before he coached his first game here. We saved Louisville the problem of firing him and paying the buyout, their fans were ecstatic when he left. And now he’s lost to freaking Miami, twice.

Were you not embarrassed by winning against Miami in 2017 with the same 4 point margin? After scoring only 3 points all game until the 4th quarter?

Or actually losing to Toledo in 2012?

Did you love giving 43 points to a 3-6 Eastern Carolina team and winning by only 3 points?

Did you love barely beating a 3-6 Tulsa team at home during our CFP season?

I said that when we were down 28-7 at the end of the first half, and I was right. I’m glad they erased it in the second half.

                      Probable win: Colorado

                      Possible win: Arizona

                      5-7 folks at best.
