Looking like we hired Kragthorpe's brother to me. Team has no discipline. Made more mistakes in one half than we made maybe all of last year. And by mistake I mean personal fouls, other dumb penalties, mis-communications, etc. I can't believe how our offense comes out playing scares. Collaros can't even catch a ball in his face because he's so worried about being sacked.

I hate this zone bs...man up.

They need to make a change. I know they game-planned for a zone scheme against this QB, but they can't afford to run it with the way our O is playing. Just my opinion, but if I'm the DC I take the risk, man up, press with safety help here and there, and blitz, blitz, blitz with the LB's.

NC State's running game blows. The only way we can force this guy to make a mistake is with pressure, if they keep playing soft coverage he'll pick it apart. And he's quick enough to usually elude only 4 guys pressuring.

We are as good, if not better than NC State. Stop the personal fouls, bad snaps, and start using those great receivers we have, and we can get back in this.

Still, the first quarter was a stinker.

Thanks, Chris. I agree. SOME optimism, rational thought, is much appreciated. This game is far from over.

Let's wait and see how we come out. NC State is not great. We can easily come back and win this.

I was willing to withhold judgement on BJ till after BE play started but that was just crap. You're down 2 TD's and you just walk off the field without even trying? He was clapping in encouragement for ZC when he walked off the field after a botched snap? No, you get in his face and make him focus

This is like watching the Dave Shula Bengals team except Collaros is a little shorter than Klingler.

I am not a fan of a passive defensive scheme and that is exactly what UC is running this year which is what we were told we would not see. The offense looks uninspired and the game plan seems to not take the actual skill and talent into account. There is a total lack of discipline and effectiveness that seems to have existed since week one. When I am not on my phone I think I will do a more Xs and Os breakdown later.

Yes I go and watch quite frequently. This year it is more of a have fun atmosphere. Last year was a business atmosphere. Listen to the coaches, execute, and finish practice. Seems this staff is opposite of what our guys are used to. CBJ is approachable by anyone on the team. BK was not.

That is some of the most revealing info I've heard all season. It's one thing to be a players coach but I think that needs to change quick the way the team is performing.

Well I guess I can take one positive out of this... At least we aren't losing to James Madison.
