    Trent Cole

    Trent has signed a one day ceremonial contract with the Eagles. He has announced his retirement at a half time ceremony during yesterday's game. Heckuva a career for him. 2 Pro bowls and second all time in Philly franchise history in sacks behind Reggie White.

    Not bad, a 5th round draft pick who did 14 nfl seasons. A retirement well earned. I told many Osu fans before the game we almost beat them down at Paul Brown that he was the best defensive player on the field and quite a few now agree with that. A very, very underrated player in the college days. He was a beast.
