Zach Collaros

Zach has been acquired by the Saskatchewan Roughriders after being with Hamilton for his entire CFL career. The Tiger Cats are bringing in Johnny Manziel this coming season as QB.

A little bittersweet I would think. Zach had a big connection to the Hamilton community and its charity programs.

Correction. Zach started his CFL career in Toronto as a backup for the Argonauts. Signed as a free agent with Hamilton in 2014. He was very well liked in Hamilton but they were a train wreck this year and changes had to be made. Good look to him in Saskatchewan.

Zach landed with WInnipeg this year and will start for them in the Grey Cup va. his old Ti-Cats team.

Don't know if anyone else watched the Winnipeg-Saskatchewan game yesterday (was far more entertaining than Bengals Raiders) but it was good to see Zach play. He's had his share of injuries up there. Completed two long passes and just barely missed a third. Made several plays with his legs. Was a bit unsettling to see so much movement before the snap but that's Canadian Football.

Forgot this part. Hayden Moore is on the Tiger-Cats. Not sure if he's starting but UC QB vs UC QB would be weird.

Dane Evans, Tulsa, is the Tiger-Cats starting QB. Evans replaced the injured Jeremiah Masoli earlier in the season. Hayden's stats mostly came in the last regular season game, and it appears he's number 3 on the depth chart.

Collaros has some hardware. Winnipeg won the Grey Cup in convincing fashion last night.
