    You are correct that the NCAA has said it will be stricter on second transfers that are not grad transfers. However, his coach at Temple (Aaron McKie) was fired. The criteria is much tougher than it was a year ago, but you have to think UC is confident that he will be immediately eligible.

      Pretty sure if they try and be strict about it, someone will sue and get an injunction to play.

He's skilled and has a natural feel for basketball. As we've built a relationship with him this spring, I've found him to be a young man of high character that's motivated to become an elite player. I believe he will do that at Cincinnati."

          so CWM is stating that it is possible to improve and get to the next level at UC.

            Let's hope so, but all he said is an elite player. Many elite players don't get drafted.
            Red and Black are more of an Attitude than merely a color combination.
