Brumbaugh visited South Carolina earlier this week. Chad Brendel mentioned that UC are still in the mix, but the more trips he makes, the less likely it is that Brumbaugh will come here. The staff also are working on Tulsa PG Tylen Riley.

@KayserHoops says Utah freshman Kendyl Sanders is visiting:
    - UC Santa Barbara today
    - Mississippi State Friday
    - St. John's Saturday
    - Cincinnati Sunday
    - Colorado Monday or Tuesday

The 6'8 230 lb. forward averaged 5.2 points and 3.1 rebounds this season as a freshman. He had 6/4 and 2/2 in the two meetings versus UC this season.

Tejada currently #75 per ESPN rankings (Thiam #11)
    https://www.espn.com/mens-college-ba...mmitments-2026

Tejada was CAA Player of the Year in 2024-25 then put up better numbers this past season. He averaged 17.7 points and 5.5 rebounds, and he was fantastic in the CAA tournament, putting up 31.3 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists over the course of three games. And in three games against NCAA tournament team Hofstra, he posted 22.7 points and 6.3 rebounds.

Watched him play at St.Johns this past season. Could help at the PG position.

McKeever started an official visit at UC this evening. There is big competition for his services, including Iowa and UConn. The Hawkeyes reportedly are after him hard.

I think we need to go after one bell cow player.

Yeah, I hear you Leo. I am in agreement with that. You never know what the new players will bring to the party. Hopefully, wins.

A man has to do what he thinks is best.

And a ton of noise around Tylen Riley this afternoon. My previous assessment:

Those numbers are almost identical to 2020 Jarron Cumberland. 5.5 rim attempts per game. Doesn't shoot much from distance but made 39%. This is the type of point guard I've been hoping for. Downsides are he isn't a good finisher, converting just 50% at the rim and 45% inside the arc (also identical to Cumberland), and he is turnover prone. May not be a good defender with a DBPM around zero. He was not one of the top 5 BPM players on Tulsa (a very good team this year that went to the NIT final and finished #60 on Torvik).

Have we been tied to Colorado center Bangot Dak in any way? I saw a FB post and don't trust that source. If true, I'd be all for it, but have doubts.

Notre Dame commit -- still unsure of his eligibility
