Thank goodness this is last game in this terrible place. And here's hoping the 'Cats take any Valentine's Day frustrations out on the Pirates.
This will be the first home game for ECU since the death of their Radio announcer last Friday. That event postponed ECU's last game against Tulane on Saturday. I'm sure there will be a moment of silence before the game and ECU might use it for motivation as the fans will probably be pretty emotional.
That said, ECU is 12-12 overall and 3-8 in conference. They've lost 7 of their last 10 in conference. Defend Javon Small and win. We'll probably see more minutes for Ludgy Debaut on their side if Viktor Lakhin can't go for this one.
I think the staff will probably rest Lakhin if they can. We've got road contests against UCF and Memphis down the pike. Our advantage is at the big guard spot with Nolley and hopefully Davenport. They we're the leading scorers in the last contest where we won by almost 30.
