Bryant, under new coach Phil Martelli Jr., are at 5th/3rd tomorrow night. The Bulldogs show their record at 6-5, but two of those wins were against D2 competition. KenPom ranks them at #216, whereas UC sits at #30. The Bulldogs are offensively inefficient (#304), but well above average at the defensive end (#102).

Bryant has played three decent teams, losing to all three, with two of the losses reasonably close: @ Rutgers 66-57 and @ FAU 61-52. They also fell @ Cintas, 100-75. The Bulldogs most recent game was a road loss to Stony Brook, 86-75, this past Saturday.

Martelli essentially uses a six-man rotation. Two other players see about four minutes apiece. The scoring is balanced, but they are guard oriented.

If the Cats shoot better than in Saturday's mess, they should be able to handle Bryant with no problems.

Quick turnaround probably good for the players. They cannot sit around and cry into their soft drinks. UC plays a really good Dayton team later this week. I hope that the UC players DO NOT look past Bryant. This could be a trap game if the UC players are NOT mentally ready to play this game. Hopefully, guys like Newman and Oguama keep the rest of the guys focused.

An embarrassing start. I hope they don’t start shooting a bunch of threes. Already 1/2 of their shots are from three.

Did Skillings get the memo he's not suppose to try and shoot 3s...?

Hands Down! James is by far UCs most talented player... He makes few mistakes and almost scores at will...

Jizzle should be the starting PG for this team going forward!

UC needs to watch Bryant and take notes on how-to play DEFENSE!

Very poor effort tonight, disappointing to say the least.

Very sloppy, very hurried on offense -- they need someone to calm them down and have them play offense under control. With the size of the Cats this should/must be a blowout.
